You have always gone out of your way to help me and even when my account became delinquent due to traveling, you handled my account very well and made it easy to have a storage unit so far from where I was located at the time.

I have always looked at storage providers based on location and price, but now I see that Arroyo provides these along with something that is much harder to provide and gauge and that is GREAT SERVICE and STAFF.

I would really recommend Lakewood Self Storage because it is nice, clean, and (most of all) professionally managed by the great ladies in the front office, Lynette and Jennifer. I am a pharmaceutical representative and appreciate the careful attention that they take with my samples and other deliveries. They are both always courteous and available and always inform me promptly when I receive a new shipment. I truly appreciate their behavior and they are always there to meet my needs.

If you are looking for a good storage place in LA, Los Angeles Self Storage is the place to go! I recently went there with a friend of mine that's been renting a storage unit there, and I was very impressed with the staff, how friendly and accomodating they are to their customers. The storage facility was safe and secured and extremely clean (which is a big plus!)!!! I would highly recommend Los Angeles Self Storage to anyone that's looking for a clean, safe storage conviently located near the 101 freeway downtown LA.
