What is the Leasing Agent Referral Program?
The Leasing Agent Referral Program allows your clients to lease a unit at one of our facilities at a promotional price. For every client you refer to us and rents from us, we will give you a $35 referral fee! We will provide you with coupons & brochures which you can enclose in your move-in packages and/or distribute to your existing clients. We also have a flier that can be placed on your community bulletin board. This program is available to all leasing agents of apartment complexes, retirement homes, model home Real Estate Agents & all Realtors. Additionally, we can add your website address to our helpful links section to promote your business.
